We are thrilled to announce a significant investment in The Windmill, one of our flagship venues. Planning permission has been granted for a comprehensive refurbishment and expansion project that will transform this much-loved venue over the coming months.
The plans include the creation of six individually designed boutique guest rooms, each reflecting the character and heritage of the building. A new garden dining terrace will also be added, alongside an expanded kitchen to support an enhanced menu offering sourced from local producers.

Work is expected to begin in Spring 2026, with the new guest rooms opening by late Summer. The venue will remain open throughout the refurbishment, with minimal disruption to guests.
